Matt always does a fantastic job when I (or my clients) use him. He is knowledgable, very thorough, and does a great job explaining anything he finds as significantly concerning. He also does a great job with my real estate clients by being honest about things but not presenting in a way that scares them.

Matt was terrific to work with! He’s thorough in his review and makes the experience of inspecting a home very approachable. It can feel overwhelming to consider all the aspects of purchasing a home, but Matt is excellent at obtaining a whole picture of a property while being attentive to the nitty-gritty details. I learned a great deal through my time with him—and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the Morgantown area who is looking at a house!

Great communication throughout the entire process. The report was thorough and easy to follow. I really appreciated the time taken to walk me through the findings in person—it helped me connect everything I was seeing with what was in the report. The action list was especially helpful. It made it much easier to communicate with the sellers and focus on the most important concerns.
