NEVER, NEVER do business with HERO construction Co.Two years ago the hurricane came as I already booked my vacation. I told the company not to start the new roof before I come back which was for two weeks. As soon as I left they start it, they replace the wood and without let it dry they laid the black top (5000 square feet).They didn't do a good job and didn't put any under pad for the hurricane. Hero Construction did a roof for us. We had problems right from the start by poor preparation and planning by their sub-contractor that they used, Later on I contacted the president of the company ********************************** to discus an item that was printed on the sales contract, I even texted him a copy of the contract. He then LIED to me back in a text saying. ( Sorry Hero is out of business )

First off, they got here with no tape to tape up the permit on our window. Then they had several people show up to do the job. Once they finished I get the visit from Lucas and he tried to sell me in on keeping the final payment check and in return they would install solar panels. My wife was not having it. We were not happy with that sales tactic much less with their work ethic. after the job was done we had to have them come back out twice due to leaking on my roof in several areas. Hero Construction did a great job for us. I know they had older issues with their original contractor and invested in a better contractor and they had us satisfied. Very happy with the new roof, no issues and and I will recommenced them as a first choice. They were 2k cheaper than the next closest bid. Good Job, Hero Construction

I don’t even know where to start with this company. They not only SCAMMED us from the beginning, but from start to finish this has been the biggest nightmare of our lives since being homeowners since 2018. We got our roof installed back in June 2022, general contractors were the rudest people we’ve dealt with, they left metal panels on our $20K brand new sod and destroyed it, left the job undone for 3-4 weeks at a time so our soffits are completely rotted and destroyed, gutters were destroyed because of this as well, metal p... read more

They do not use there own employees, they contract there work out, but the sales person will tell you anything to get the sale. took them about 4 months to show up. When they did the contractors didn't have the plywood for the roof so i went to depot and brought them 5 sheet .there was 2 left over. Anyway this was just a few months ago, know my roof has a dip in it and they wont come out to repair it.My advise to anyone listening is to go with a roofing company that just specializes in roofs. We do NOT recommend Hero! First, they use high pressure sales to get your commitment. Second, they are extremely over priced. Third, don't believe them when they say your metal roof will cost $50k plus (unless you have at least a 3500sq ft home) because you CAN get it done much cheaper - we've since done further research & comparing, plus they agreed to do ours for just a tad over $31k. I would highly recommend this company for their upmost professional and attentiveness in the install of my New metal roof , gutters and soffits. My sales representative Kelly did a excellent job during the whole process and gave me the most affordable price. I will highly recommend you to use any of their services that they offer.

I had the most wonderful experience working with a professional company such as Hero Construction. They replaced my roof and gutters. My sales rep Kelly was outstanding with her customer service. She always returned my calls when I had questions. Also, Abi and his crew amazed me with their work ethics and how they finished with every expectation I had. Could not be more than 100% satisfied I highly recommend them for a job well done.
