Love not only the doctor's office during the day, but i love the night clinic. I've never had a reason to be upset. My son is always treated well and cared for there.
They didn't care that my 1 year old son came in with 103.4 temperature because as they said we "were wasting their time". Manager and Doctor showed concerned about what had happened and took care of the problem. Love the way the Doctor's take care of their patients. Just not a great fan of the receptionist and their way of expressing them selves.
The doctors are always sweet and caring. However the receptionist at the front is rude. When answering the phone or a simple question, she gives an attitude. Perhaps she should be replaced or given training on customer service skills. As a parent, we expect the staff to be friendly. It is very uninviting when the first person we encounter is not.
