He is a Great Doctor but his staff in the front Desk, the medical assistants are RUDE!As soon as you walk in they had a mad face and would make u feel like they are doing YOU a favor lol when in reality it a because of the patients they have a job, they never helped when I would call to ask for help they would roll their eyes and put me on hold for a long period of time they made it very very difficult to see the doctor always scheduled me with the nurse practioner and she was not very good my son had croup cough once and sh... read more
It's rare that you will see the doctor. If you are fine with the nurse practitioner then go for it, but the new one they have had no compassion. She should not be working with kids and worried parents.
Horrible, horrible front office staff. Those front office ladies do not know how to talk to customers ,they are rude. Short lady with short hair doing triage even worse. Short temper and wrote down false information about my child. Saying she did certain services she DID NOT provide. If she doesn't like her job leave. Just plain rude woman.
Great Dr. But very hard to get ahold of. Horrible staff, have been put on hold and hung up on multiple times and my child has been brushed off and misdiagnosed several times by whoever it is they put in charge when the Dr. Is not in. Even with an appointment the wait times are ridiculuos. Switched Drs. And wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Best pediatrician ever. My daughter looks forward to her checkups..
We really like Dr.Hernandez he is a great Doc.I suggest that the office members they need to be more friendly.
