The best doctor ever! He spends so much time with patient, always being on time, always caring, listening, explains everything, making sure you understand, answering all questions. I am not happy with my diagnosis, but very happy with dr Castro. to be honest surprised by bad reviews here
He does not appreciate being questioned about treatment. Unfortunately, refuses to consider alternative approaches and does not place value on healthy life style, rather just medications. Additionally, You will not be given an alternative Dr. at providence. They are loyal to the original Dr. dismissing the concerns of a patient. You will need to travel to another location to see a different Dr.

Awful doctor! Seemed to think I wasn't actually in pain and dismissed my concerns. Was also extremely condescending and rude + wouldn't address me with respect same with his whole office (I.E. they wouldn't use my pronouns I go by). They also refused to transfer me to another doctor in their practice and said they'd have the manager give me a call back and they never did.
