A special thanks to the entire crew at Hermy's who got me back on the road quickly after suffering a flat tire on my FJR during the Mason Dixon 20-20 rally. They worked on my bike right away and I was able to get back on the road and finish the rally.
My husband Loves this place! Says there's no other place like it and loves being in there. He highly recommends it. If we lived closer he'd probably be in there more often than he is now. He's told me that when someone buys a car from a dealer you just want to be in and out the door as soon as possible and never return. during my travels over the years, I've had the opportunity of having to utilize service departments of BMW dealers in Ohio, Kentucky, Texas and Pennsylvania.. hands down, Hermys has one of the best service departments I've experienced... kudos to the Service Manager Bob and all the Techs...
Was just in the store. What a great group of people. The new Triumph Showroom is awesome! If I am in the country when they have the grand opening, I will definitely be riding up from Lancaster. Maybe even buy a BMW S1000rr.
