RecommendedMy first time there, I was impressed with how many bikes they had in Stock and the wide selection of new and used. They have a very nice parts department and great aftermarket parts options. They also have a lot of gear from entry level to advance rider and even heated winter gear. The most impressive thing was how family oriented it felt, they knew almost all the customers by name and knew what they road and their style. I will definitely be going back there.

I went to Hermy's BMW about 20 months ago. I told them I was a veteran battling stage three colon cancer. I asked if they donate a used motorcycle to a veteran with cancer. In a nutshell I was told they do not participate in such donations and that they were in the business of making money not helping people like me in my situation. I do not know how they have stayed in business with that attitude. I f I had the money to buy a motorcycle, I most certainly would not do business with a company like Hermy's.

I purchased by new BMW R1200 GS last year and from the sale of the bike by Bob lilley to the first break-in service from the service team the experience has been awesome, and I feel very well taken care of as a customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
July12th my 2000 R1100Rt final drive died. At the time I was in the middle of the second leg of Butt Lite 9, a multi day long distance rally where time is precious and breakdowns are very very unwelcome. A phone call to Bob at Hermys, the service truck was dispatched 70 miles to pick me up and once we arrived, the bike went straight on a lift and the repairs completed in a very short time frame.
