Every time I have brought my animals here, the wait is very long no matter the day. The front desk staff have not been friendly and I did not feel like the first priority was the health of my animals. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, we do at times have long wait times due to the fact that we are a walk in clinic. Each pet is handled case by case and all emergencies will take priority over routine visits. We are sorry if you felt that our front staff was in any way discourteous.
Recommendedthey are very caring I took my cat there when he was 6 weeks old and he went there for the next 18 years. yesterday was the last day as we had to put him down. I would not go to any other vet. there are many near where I live but I would take the time to drive to Hermosa!!
Worst experience EVER!! My Dog severely injured his leg! Called ahead was assured they had a room ready. When we got there I was told "oh sorry there are 2 people ahead of you so you have to wait" They wouldn't even look at him to assess the injury!!! I will NEVER again try to take me pet to these uncaring people

We are sorry to hear that you pet injured itself. Unfortunately we never reserve rooms for clients, therefore we would have never told you there would be a room waiting for you. We can always see your pet, but there may be clients ahead for you when you arrive.

RecommendedI took both of my Chihuahuas to get a check. The vet was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Both dogs need to have work done, the vet was able to get me a break down of the cost for both dogs and gave recommendations on what is most important to get done first, she also made a personal phone call to make sure my pet insurance will be accepted. I will be going back to Hermosa in the future!
