Terrible place, do not bring your pets here. Very cold and callous staff and apt to overcharge and provide unnecessary services. They lost my dogs files after a routine lump removal, held him for several extra days without reason and then charged us. Do not take your animals here if you care about them.
Hope you never need your records for an emergency it will take you 10+ phone calls to get them. Absolutely the worst vet to ever have to work with to get records! Customer service is horrible!
Will never be back. Brought my dog here for boarding for 6 days. I have brought her in before for a weekend away or nights etc. and never had issues. But when I came back after this trip she was completely malnourished and basically skin and bones. She had to of lost 8-10 pounds while she was there due to not eating or being fed, I don’t know. Horrible place. If you want your pets to live do not let them go here. The only way that they can get better is by closing their doors. The owner's daughter who says she's the manager is heartless an egotistical. but alas her conscience will end up catching up with her.
I really like the walk in clinic with no app. I may have to wait a while but some where else it could be days before being seen! Been coming here for years!!

Every time I have brought my animals here, the wait is very long no matter the day. The front desk staff have not been friendly and I did not feel like the first priority was the health of my animals. Very disappointing.
