Beyond excellent care for our parakeets! Planning to switch our dogs over to this vet clinic as well! Love the staff love the Vets, they called to check on our bird after a treatment and just made us feel like they truly cared!
If i could give less stars then i would. Our first visit for our puppy they quoted us $150 to $175 for his shots and check up for the first puppy visit. They ended up charging us $225 with no warning during the visit! We then had to come back for 2 booster shots and they quoted us $60 then at the end of the visit again without no warning we were charged a significant amount more, $100 extra to be exact. I can’t express enough gratitude to Dr Giles and her vet tech! It was 530 and I needed to bring my dog in. They squeezed me in and unfortunately I found out my dog has less than a month to live but the compassion that they showed was unbelievable. She is the most caring and sensitive doctor I’ve ever come across! They are not the normal vet that that I use but they were the only ones willing to bring in my sweet boy Jordan at that time of day on a Friday evening. Thank you so much for taking care of our sweet boy Taz today in his final moments. I called Hermitage Veterinary Hospital today desperate and crying to find a vet for my parents who could fit in Taz to ease his pain and the receptionist was so helpful and sympathetic. My parents were able to bring him in immediately. My mom speaks highly of the staff and said they were kind to her and to Taz. Today was a difficult day for us but we thank you for your kindness.
A great big thank you to Dr. Hamilton and everyone who works there. My dog Max goes a couple times a month for injections that help with his arthritis and he also has a heart condition. I mentioned a couple problems Max was having and Dr. Hamilton immediately checked his heart and had some concerns. X-ray was done and gone over with me and also sent out that evening for additional review. Dr. Hamilton said she would call me the next day with results even though she was going to be off that day. I can't thank Dr. Hamilton and staff enough! They fit me into their schedule last minute, took very good care of my fur baby's emergency. Very friendly and took time to explain everything. I highly recommend!
