I recently visited this jeweler to have my diamond engagement ring reset, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had my jewelries appraised at Hermitage. SARKIS was very accommodating and friendly. He made us feel comfortable that we were in good hands. The appraisal papers took quite a while to prepare. We were hungry and he referred us to this hotdog stand near him. He guaranteed that it was delicious and it was yummy! It's good to find a store that makes you feel comfortable and Glad to serve you a a client.
