I've passed this place 1000x and from the outside thought...oh another small gym. To my surprise it's extremely spacious and fully equipped. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I'm so glad I decided to finally stop in.

Hey, everyone you will love this place. It has enough to do that keeps you coming back. Able trainers, and be ready to sweat! My special thanks goes to JC, always friendly even while he does the mundane task of cleaning. I love it when you work days. Members, don't take the crew that maintains a clean and safe place to work out for granted. It takes dedication. Seniors, there are classes that able you to safely have a light workout. Come join the "fun". Ask what Silver Sneaker can do for you.
