I have been a member for many, many, many years. HFC has everything indoors.... running track, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. Come see for yourself. Tell them Trey sent you. Peace
Great people, classes, and different they have a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and it's not expensive like other facilities.
Tuesday knight I did Boxing Cardio it was harder than I thought I held back some so I could complete it and it worked me out LOVED it definitely made me feel better about myself I love this place they have other classes like boot camp I’ll definitely try that when I get in better shape, This it a real gym!

This is a fantastic, non-corporate gym that has absolutely everything you could possibly want. I went as a guest today with my daughter and was extremely impressed. If you live in Nashville this is the gym for you! It beats all others. I highly recommend it.
