I love this store. My client advisor, Gabriela, has done nothing but provide flawless experiences every single time I've visited. I couldn't recommend her enough
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a luxury store. The sales associate was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Despite asking multiple times, no supervisor ever came to assist us. I have visited several Hermès locations across the U.S., and this location by far provides the worst customer service I have encountered. If this is how customers are going to be treated, I will never purchase anything from Hermès again and would rather take my money elsewhere.
This is the rudest Hermes store. There are 10 SAs standing around and they won't look at you or talk to you. They are so stuck to up and the manager is just as rude and sits behind the counter talking shit with her employees. The store also looks torn apart and they do not know how to merchandise. Tried to go get something for my Husband's birthday and they just completely ignored us.
Horrible stuff, they don't care about the business at all. Not friendly and without smiling to the customer. Worst worst worst
