Called to ask if they had a specific Messenger Bag in stock. Was told they don’t give stock information over the phone. I explained I didn’t want stock information, just if they had a specific model in stock so I could see it before purchasing. They stood firm. Drove 90 mins in Miami traffic, walked around for 15 mins and all three floors before someone helped me. Was rudely told that they did not have any.
