I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Hermès store. The service was appalling—staff were dismissive, rude, and made me feel unwelcome. I felt discriminated against, which was particularly disheartening coming from a luxury brand I once admired. The atmosphere was cold and uninviting, completely contrary to what one expects from a high-end store. I will never return and strongly caution others against shopping here. Truly a letdown.
The most Uncomfortable shoes Ever!! What a fool I am. Bought 1 pair and thought they were uncomfortable. Then bought two more pairs and they're truly awful. SO shocked to see how shitty the quality of such a great brand's shoes are. And to think that each pair was a small fortune. Uggh.
Maria G was very rude despite having an appointment at the store. She greeted us with hostility and caused us to walk out without purchasing anything. Not sure why we were treated this way as this was the first negative experience at an Hermes store.
