Horrid. Absolutely obnoxious. Do not represent the Hermes luxury brand. If you need to go to Hermes, Go to Paris and you’ll be received beautifully. Everybody was on their cell phone not one representative was not on a cell phone. Nobody greeted us. The sales representatives were horrible. You get better service at Kmart.

The staff were friendly but truthfully the service could’ve been better. Offer a refreshment. You are a luxury store, convince the buyer to buy by treating them right. The store itself was beautiful, and the individual I worked with was helpful but unfortunately there were no journals in stock and the options online were very underwhelming. I hope I can create a custom journal with Hermes because then you’d have a buyer for life.
Our experience at this Maimi location was amazing because of a wonderful Raylyn. She made it so easy and pleasant to browse and shop around the store. She found all the necessary sizes and went above and beyond to help us with all our needs.
