Sure this is a good doctor but his secretary Tiffany was extremely rude she told me he was a ankle specialist then said that he wasn't a specialist for ankles I am very confused and she said that this is how we do it in Florida well you understand that you can't be unprofessional to people that want to become new patients I think she needs to work on her people skills even though she is from Florida.

I became a patient of Dr. John Hermansdorfer in January of this year when my local doctor referred me due to a shoulder injury. I couldn’t be more impressed with him, his entire staff, the surgical center, and the Coastline therapy center where Dr. H and team referred me for healing after surgery. In short, every part of my journey from diagnosis to healing has been amazing. This entire team cares for you, and about you. Thank you for healing me!

I expected to be seeing this doctor for an injury when I made my appointment but was sent to the PA, Margaret Avilla. I found Margaret to be extremely degrading to my situation & myself in general. She seemed to be disinterested in my well being and my injury and at one point even told me to suck it up. I was extremely upset & disheartened with this experienced and felt my injury and symptoms were not being taken seriously. Never in my life have I had such a negative experience with a PA.
