Order my sons birthday cake and I'm VERY. Dissatisfy with what I got. It looks nothing like the picture they asked me to provide. Will no longer be using Herman's to order my cakes!! Why provide a picture if you can't do what the picture looks like!!!

If you have an idea & need a cake I suggest you go to Herman's Bakery. Rachel was fantastic & handled every detail. We wanted a unique wedding cake for 2 librarians. We found out their favorite book & she took it from there. Everyone raved about the cake. Unique & delicious. Thank you.
I had my sons 1st birthday cake made there. The cake turned absolutely beautiful and my son loved it . Thanks for doing an awesome job!
