I was a patient for several years before moving further away. I made the mistake of going elsewhere for my exam last year. I was having difficulty seeing and told the new doctor that, but after a very short exam I was told there had been no change, and my vision problems were "part of aging." Amazing customer service.!! From the time we walked in from the time we left. And with a set of six year old twins....it can be frustrating. The staff was very patient.
Always a good experience however the chairs for family in ur exam rooms need replaced . Way to small and uncomfortable .
My 15 month old got in a fight with my glasses and you can guess who won. I took them in expecting a hefty repair cost or the need to get a new pair... I was greeted right away and within 5 minutes I was brought back and my glasses were fixed for FREE. Incredible service- you've earned a customer for life!
I am maintaining my previous review of the wonderful staff, but unfortunately, I need to make an amendment. Two days AFTER my appointment, they called and left a message to tell me that, oops, they don't take my insurance, and left me with the amount owed. YOU need to check with your insurance. Don't take their word at the office
