Can't be happier with my shopping experience at Hermann's! I ordered a Flexsteel Conversation Sofa and a Chair+1/2 from them. Unfortunately my Sofa was delivered in the wrong style, but Hermann's took the sofa back and reordered another in the style I chose. Also, my chair did not come with arm covers which I expected as I had ordered Flexsteel products before. So the store ordered me arm covers and I now have them. The customer service at Herman's was friendly, everybody was welcomed and treated like family. One of my favorites was the candles in the room sprays
