The worst experience I've ever had. Since January of 2018 they owe me a refund for overpayment and now they are going to issue a partial reimbursement not for the total I paid. Getting through patient services is a total joke, I feel like I'm living in a third world country every time I have to deal with them. AWFUL! Avoid this place at all cost!!!
The nurses were attentive, thorough and caring. The food, when I was finally allowed to eat, was amazing and housekeeping kept my room spotless. I felt like I was at a hotel rather than a hospital.
The hospital experience itself was ok except I was in pain all night and they waited until morning to call the Dr. Real problem is incorrect authorization obtained from insurance by them and I have had to keep on top of them over 6mo to try to fix! I'm out over $6,000 due to their mistake!
Everyone had awesome bedside manners, they explained everything, they were just awesome.
