I rented from HRG for two years and had a wonderful experience. Maintenance was always quick and did a wonderful job. There was a number I could text with general questions/ issues which made it easy to get them fixed. The people in the office who I spoke to on the phone were always kind and worked hard to get my requests satisfied. My apartment was beautiful and clean upon move in. I’ve been a tenant under Herman Group for 2 years and recently moved due to needing a bigger place, I would have stayed with Herman if there were bigger properties available as they have been more than helpful in any of the minor issues I had. Their response time and customer service was above and beyond and being a family owned company, you really do know that they care about their tenants. I would highly recommend this company.
I rented an apartment from Herman Realty in 2020-2021 and it was a horrible experience. The woman who answered the phone (I cannot recall her name) was extremely accusatory and could not have a conversation without it becoming an argument. I had multiple instances where I would come back to my apartment and notice that somebody had been in there.
