You have received many complaints about your manager at your Rensselaer location. why are you continuing to ignore all those phone calls that your tenants have been placing? Due to your negligence I hope that you are held accountable and you get sued.
Never consider renting from them. I live in one of there rental properties & I’ve been here for a year. My apartment is full of mold & broken appliances that appear to be in good condition but truly no good internally. They suck & should lose every last property they have.
This community is horrible l lived on one of their properties they sold. They knew l was moving due to an incident with a neighbor l moved out and they lied and said they had to pay someone a clean up fee to deep clean the unit. I got videos of me walking from my house to the office on the day l moved and you see my unit is completely empty. There is an absolute refusal on managements part at their 2333 Lafayette Rd property to have staff do their jobs. The dumpster area has busted bags and garbage laying around that can be shoveled up and cleaned but it is being left causing an eyesore! This situation and others have been brought to the current managers attention but she has chosen to ignore them. Anything that is done they act as if they’re doing the tenants a favor by maintaining their property!
