EVery time I've been to Herman Family Dentistry it's been a great positive experience... from the office staff to the assistants, to the Doctor himself! Like most folks, a trip to the dentist is never an exciting vision on the brain..and before Dr. Herman, I was loathe to ever go. After my first visit years back, I won't hesitate to go whenever necessary! And I gotta say I love the new digs!
It was a very rare appointment where the usual went wrong. Could not get the back molar out easily had many injections still a lot of pain. Possibility the tooth fused to the jaw bone? Took a long time but finally extracted it. Put a screw holder in for the implant. Need to come back for the other extraction and implant...I really hope this one goes well. Herman dentistry is amazing. I haven't seen a dentist in a verrrry long time, but they were great. A very nice team. And even though I'm not always the best patient, Lynn was great. A visit to the dentist is never like going for ice cream, but with Herman Dentistry, I don't ever dread it. Thank you so much! See you in a coue of weeks ;)
The care that my family and I receive at Herman Family Dentistry is amazing! So gentle and caring. I have recommended HFD to many friends and family over the years. I always tell the story of my son, at age 7, sleeping during multiple fillings. He was so relaxed and at ease, he was snoring!
Once again, Connie did an exceptional job and offered excellent advice. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly with her usual gentle touch. She is the best hygienist I have ever had and I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. Good work and thank you, Connie!
