Cracked a tooth over the weekend. I babied it recd a call back first thing Monday. Dr Herman and Maggie fixed me up in just about an hour and I was on my way! Thanks a bunch to all the staff, everytime I go they are friendly and helpful.

Customer service is obvious as soon as you enter the door of Dr. Herman's office. Everyone speaks and makes sure you are comfortable and well informed about your appointment. The office is modern and comfortable. It seems as if all the equipment used during my visit is state of the art. Although a visit to the dentist isn't everyone's favorite thing to do, you can tell the staff is doing everything possible to make your time there as stress free as they can for you.
What a great office and staff - so friendly and Dr Herman is real nice (and tells funny jokes)
Everyone was so nice and helpful the day of my visit! They did an excellent job keeping me relaxed and calm. I am looking forward to future visits with them to get my smile perfect!
