Prompt Professional treatment. Friendly and professional interaction with all staff. Attentive to detail in providing dental care options and solutions.
Monica is always terrific. My teeth/gum line is very sensitive now and she does a terrific job handling this sensitivity. The only issue I have is the amount of time it takes from the time she calls Dr Herman that she is ready for him until the time he is able to come and check me. It was around 20 mins. I understand he could be in the middle of something, but it does only take a few mins for me - he is only with me a 5 mins. The staff, dental assistants, and dentists there are so friendly and caring towards their patients. They work well with children with ADHD, Autism, and other special needs. I recommend any family to go to Herman Family Dentistry.
