I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

My experience was wonderful! I enjoyed the doctors personality & knowledge. He had my son feel completely at ease with him & my son medical condition was taken care of immediately. : ) I have referred Dr. Herman to family & friends.

Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
