If I could leave zero stars, I would. The realtor I spoke (Sheri Swaine) with earlier was rude and condescending. She was unwilling to listen, constantly over-explained, and made me feel completely unimportant—like I was interrupting her weekend plans. Definitely not a professional or respectful experience.
I rented a townhouse and real estate solutions was the property manager. I did everything I could to keep that house up, notifying them about weeds in the backyard that the city was going to charge them for, gutters that needed to be cleaned out kept the inside really clean and yet I was charged a fee for a locked door. I lived alone And never even shut the doors, but they charged me almost $200 for a locked door that Was never even closed when I lived there. BEWARE!!! I found a townhouse on Zillow that is managed by this group. I sent a request to tour and never received a response. So I googled the property group and found the number. I spoke with a fellow named Chuck Mincer about the property and scheduled a viewing. He stated he would send me a confirmation of the viewing and the application.
