We rented a house through Hermann Boswell, and our experience was excellent. They listened to and responded to every issue promptly. Their property maintenance service is outstanding—most repairs and maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours. I especially want to thank Stephanie for being incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I am a landlord that has Sheri do lease only for my properties and I manage there after. I can't speak for the other properties there but do my best to make sure they are clean, bug free, and updated. Sheri inspects my homes before listing and if there is any issue she brings it to my attention t be corrected for the best tenant experience so I would not value these 1 star reviews these homes are individually owned. If you get denied there is a reason they are not interested in keeping your fee fyi

We have had difficult tenants renting our property for the last year and half, so we hired Herman Boswell to help. The positive experience is that Sherry Swaine has the legal knowledge on how to collect rent. The negative experience is that she has poor communication with us as owners. She has not been assertive in gaining back possession of our property. A 30 day notice for our tenants has now turned into a 60 day notice and we still don’t have the keys or possession of our house.
