My wife and I walked and instantly fell in love! We were amazed by the custom finishes, build quality and overall lifestyle of the community. Kate showed us around on the Polaris so we got to see everything that the community had to offer like trails, a beautiful community pool and much more! Not to mention you can walk to the local park and you’re so close to everything in the area as far as restaurants and shops! We ultimately loved the Oxford floorplan and can’t to build our own!
This development is destroying our park and polluting the creek.
After much thought, we decided to pull the trigger on a new Greentech home in Heritage Walk. We purchased a lot in May 2021, closed at the end of April 2022 & have been living in the house just over 2 months now.
