Bought a vehicle from Heritage Volkswagen Owings Mills back at the beginning of September. Still waiting on them to provide the $500 that VW offers military and first responders. (https://www.vw.com/…/vwcom/military…/VW_Military_Booklet.pdf). No word from them since 6 November 2019. Other than this problem, have mostly good things to say about their customer service.

The worst place to purchase a car .... the owner and all employees have poor customer service.... the vehicles are lemons new and used avoid them at all cost .... I have never had a more disgusting experience in my life. Out of 2 years my care was in their auto repair shop for multiple recalls and leaking sunroof more than 6 times.... and still it leaks. No response from owner after multiple complaints had to call the corporate office who did absolutely nothing. Now I am stuck with a leaky $30k vehicle 😡🤬 I hate Volkswagen... read more
