I contacted the Dealer and got communication going a few times but never heard a reply back after the last conversation about the offer I made. It would be nice if I would have got reply that its deal or no deal

Here is an email I sent to the manager when they checked in about my experience. "To be honest I was not happy with much of any of the service I was provided. I did a pre app for financing options, had my credit pulled and got dinged on my last report and got no feedback about rates or options. The salesman was awesome. There was an “absolutely no pressure” atmosphere at the dealership. Very laid back atmosphere!!! Reminds me of the old style “how may I help you” way of conducting business. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone interested in a vehicle...
They were professional and awesome! Love my new car!
drove there and they told me three cars that were on their website for sale that day were now not available for purchase and could not beshown to me. two of these cars had been on cargurus for over 150 days.
