They responded fast and was very helpful but the car was sold before I had the chance to see it.
It was great experience I wasnt able to get in myself. My wife went in for me and we was able to get the deal done with no problems. They treated my wife with nothing but respect they took care of her. Thx

If you could give them a 1/2 star that would be it. Was gonna be a cash sell let them know we were coming and when we got there they didn't even know where the car was. After a hour or so they said it was a couple hours away and come to find out it was sent to auction the night before we came up. Would have bought it that day but never got to look at it and we went else where. It was not very organized or professional. would not recommend.
The car I was interested in had been sold but I was contacted within minutes of my e-mail by phone. Then I was contacted a second time about a week later. That's customer service!

I bought this car from HVW and it was fantastic! The service was excellent. The dealership was in the middle of moving so things were sort of hectic. Other than that it was great!

I would never purchase a car from them. Completely unwilling to come even a few 100 dollars in price. Poor attitudes in general!
