When I take my furrever friends to the vet, it’s like taking my kids to the dr. I look for the same things. Cleanliness, and Heritage is a clean facility. Bed side manners and knowledge to questions and explanations to your concerns. Heritage has and does just this. Every vet we have had there have been awesome. There prices are awesome, the treatment they give the animals is very important to me. They are concerned, they are compassionate, soft and very kind. Been using this vet clinic my whole life! They are like family here.
Took are pitbull puppy � ZUES here today to get he's first shot everyone was so nice to us and gave him a puppy bag with free stuff thank you can't wait to bring him back
Reception staff was always rude at every visit add ff phone call. My dog had a reaction to a medication they prescribed and I was told I would only be charged a recheck fee to come back in. Well they charged me the full exam after talking to the had receptionist AND the doctor and all they did was tell me yup that's a med reaction and there's nothing we can do for it. Dr Greg , Dr.Nate Dr Chad have been my only veterans for almost 30 years .originally met them off the job but from the first time I met GREG I could tell he cared about his family & Animals been a customer since .recently meet Dr EJ he is also a caring vet wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!!��
Cord is the best, took care of little CoCo, reasonable prices, great staff!!
