I have lived in my heritage home for a year now and I lost my job and got a little behind on payments, well I've made several payments in increments in the last few months, tried making a payment yesterday but no one answered the phone, and now today I get certified mail telling me I have 3 days to leave the premesise, I have 2 children and I just started my new job this week, me and my wife have struggled to keep up on this house and we even redone alot of the remodel ourselves, so we can make this place out home and now we... read more
I moved into a Heritage Home in December. I had a ten day warranty on my plumbing and a warranty on anything Heritage had redone on my home. I have reported problems with my plumbing due to a bad order since the day I moved in. I also have reported the places Heritage redone leaking but have not heard a word back on either issues!!!! I have in text message that they will fix both problems as soon as we figured out the smell .
