alright people here's how it all goes down, this company targets people who they know cant afford a lawyer then in an instant screws them over. they "lose your contract" then make you sign another one. and when you do they dont even let you read it! and then out of nowhere they tell you, "oh you've been paying the wrong amount"(although I paid the same amount 3 months straight) and then they say "oh, you've gotta pay back the money that you owe from not paying the right amount" which was the retailers fault for not telling m... read more

Wow trying to get my questions answered and they gave me every excuse under the book. If when your contract is up you still will not get credit for "buying" a house they don't report it and you will just keep paying rent but you get to put the taxes and insurance in your name at a high rate. There customer service sucks and there answer to your problem is well if you don't want to continue then that's fine. The only good thing is we got to pay rent for 5 yrs!! Thanks for nothing!!
