For one of the easiest jobs on the planet, these guys sure do struggle. Constantly leaving trash all over the hallways. The trash area in my apartments (Polaris Junction) is in constant ruin from these guys. They refuse to take Amazon boxes when empty, but have no issue taking Amazon boxes at my door that are unopened (theft, by the way). Worst trash service I’ve ever experienced. And that’s when they actually do show up, many missed days with no collection, yet this company thinks that’s okay.
