0 stars if I could. Management is misleading and didn't inform me of an "opportunity" fee they wanted to charge which was $150. We were given an ultimatum that day to choose to move in or not, and we decided not to so they kept our money. I understand keeping the application fees and admin fees, but they intentionally misled us and then kept our money. I even asked for a copy of our contract and they won't give me anything. I love heritage square apartments they have such wonderful staff and last year they completed a new rehab on their property. � LOVE IT!!!!!!
