My story with Heritage Roofing is identical to Ross Mc’s. They installed a new roof in 2012 with no issues, courteous and professional. In 2022 had a roof leak and had to twist his arm to help me out and then had another on the opposite side yesterday and Jeff tells me to go elsewhere, he’s wiped his hands of us and has no interest in helping former clients. So just like Ross, if you want follow-up service or repairs once he’s installed your roof be warned your SOL with Heritage Roofing.
I am posting this review on behalf of my mother. "If you are looking for a professional and reliable roofing company, I highly recommend – without hesitation – Heritage Roofing Ltd. in Peterborough. During that terrible storm on May 21st, 2022, a few shingles blew off my roof. The following week, I phoned Jeff at Heritage and, even though they must have been extremely busy, they came and fixed the roof the same day. Heritage Roofing did my roof in 2015.. okay great no issues. In 2023 I contacted them, because 1 shingle has lost a piece, and a few more shingles are raised up & don't look right. My roof is too steep for me to jump up there...so I phoned Heritage, and I was told "we do not do repairs".! I hung up. My receipt from Heritage says 15 Year Manufacturer Labour & Material WARRANTY 100% IKO Cambridge Limited Lifetime Warranty installed Oct 26/15 I even went out, bought a bundle of the shingles....& I was hoping that the company wh... read more
