Typically took 2-3 requests to get anything fixed at the house. The house had a general smell of mildew because the basement was regularly flooding in storms & stayed damp. Upon move-out, they decided the house was not clean enough for them & had an odor, blamed it on my dog. We cleaned/vacuumed regularly & I put couch covers on the furniture.
