My dad went here...for one night. This place was absolutely awful!! If you love the person that needs this type of facility I would look elsewhere.
RecommendedEverything from Administration ,Staff, and Rehab / Nursing. Everyone is friendly , welcoming and helpful to residents & families. They do an outstanding job. My Mom has been in 2 other places in the past 6 years and this is by far the best fit. Thank you all for your care and concern for your residents.
I am concerned in these reviews that only the children of the members love the place. The actual review from a member hates it , that bothers me 😢😢
Food is the worst. Kitchen is hopeless. My cat Won't eat it.
The staff and other residents became like an extended family to us during the four years our mother was a resident there. Thank you for taking such good care of her and extending that care to her family, especially as she took that journey from this world into eternity.
We thank god for heritage park not only have they gave us time w mom for her final voyage home but they've given us a shoulder they've given us great hospitality snacks coffee water they check on its as well as mom.... Most don't care as much as they do so very thankful for the staff here.
I love Heritage Park my mother stays there and they treat her very well everyone welcome you with open arms and everybody's very helpful thank you
