This place sucks staff don’t care about your love ones ! The food sucks the rooms are dirty the a/c filters are dirty ! Mother went in there feeling good came out sick and down !! Don’t bring your love ones here to this place PlEaaSE !!!!!!!

This place lets out all the people into the neighborhood where my apartment is located at MLK Highland it’s disturbing seeing the wheel chair man be let out all the time

Let the pictures speak for themselves, about what was witnessed upon the return of a relative, from the hospital to her room. PS: this is not water...!! Please, any DHS personnel, hold this business accountable. Our relative is no longer there because it is what we can control!!!

I don't have relatives here, but have made equipment service calls here. Most staff mean well, but some are just doing the bare minimum for a paycheck. Training lacking? Seen some outright negligence that would have really upset me had it been my relative being impacted. PT's are great but seem overworked/overextended, and maybe not supported by owners/admin. The facility is VERY run down. Roaches EVERYWHERE. Dirt and grit piled up in many corners. Ceiling tiles warped, sagging, and falling. Building should be totally gutted... read more

I just visited a friend who was sent to this terrible place. His room reeked of urine. He had no bed linens and his mattress with filthy. The people who worked there seem unconcerned and he had not been given a change of clothes or a shower in the week since arrival. I have reported this facility.
