Kim is very nice and helpful and Dr khawaja is also very nice and helpful he's my son's Dr. And only have had pleasant experiences. Blanche Pilgrim.
The receptionist is not performing her duties effectively. I have been trying to schedule an appointment, but she never responds to my calls or voicemails. How can I escalate this issue to a higher authority? Many others have reported similar difficulties with this clinic and are still struggling to get appointments.
"I've been going to Heritage Park Medical Centre for years, and I can't recommend them enough! They've consistently provided top-notch care for me. Their bedside manner is warm and reassuring, and they also take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Dr Khawaja is very knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about my well-being. The office staff is also friendly and efficient.
The receptionist is kind person just doing her job. I have found Kim to be helpful, and knowledgeable. There is an answering machine that you leave a message for a return call. I don't see why anyone is saying they don't get answered. No one thinks the phone is busy or it's only to ring & be answered for them?
