The home itself is not bad. The office staff is friendly but I am having a serious problem with unsupervised children who run around all night and have begun to prank knock. Which keeps my family and almost 1 year old up all night.
I absolutely love living at the Heritage on the River! From the very beginning the management staff was excellent as I was coming from 2000 miles away to move back home to Jacksonville. They were concerned since I was moving into apartment that was sight unseen. And they wanted to make sure that it was perfect before I moved in. Yes, this apartment complex is more than 40 years old but is wonderfully maintained and if there's anything that I have a question or concern, our management is right there to answer and take care of... read more
This place is a joke, all they give a daum about is getting your money. They don't want to do shit in your apartment, they are liers, and they act nonchalant. NEVER AGAIN ! I can't wait to move the hell out...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
