Vanessa is the biggest liar! She will lie till she can’t nomore! You can catch her in front of the office with a cigarette smoking WHILE ON THE CLOCK! Meanwhile you’re apartment can be falling apart and she’ll be in the SAME spot on her third or fourth cigarette helping her daughter with her homework (While on the clock once again.) Her Assistant Cassandra doesn’t want to do her job! She rushes you off the phone and she will play as if you doing something to her by explaining your concerns! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE-\-\DON'T MOVE HERE! I waited a month before I posted this review. From slipshod painting/glazing to windows that have no screens nor locks, to exposed wiring, non-working dishwashers and AC units and staff that hide when I walk into the office (yes, I've seen you), this place has it all-\-\said no one ever!! We moved here sight unseen from Indiana when my husband was able to transfer his job to Jacksonville. They won’t fix the pier. It has been two years since the Hurricane

Ok first the location is Awesome.... That is the only thing that is ..... From multiple issues with leaks and mold and fixing the problems with the unit is non existent.... The response time to problems is a week to never .... I was there through Irma and my apartment got hit by a 5 foot storm surge ... There was no communication with the tenants until they told all of us with a burnt cold pizza we had 7 days to get out... Very poor service and upkeep ... Was a very horrible time there and when disaster struck they do nothin... read more
Moved here in June. Fell in love with the townhouse on the river. The minor issues we noticed when doing our new tenant check list were addressed in a timely manner. Maintenance guys are awesome, never said no if I saw them out and needed them for a quick second. Irma hit us pretty hard but we all pulled together as a community and helped others get their cars pushed from flood waters.
