They do not call back when stating (3 days in a row) that someone will call from sales by the end of the day. Either terribly busy or understaffed. Either way, not good business.
I had to go to the rehabilitation section of Heritage Pointe after knee replacement surgery. I was there roughly three weeks. I really appreciated the care I received from the staff. The CNA’s were really very caring, kind and knowledgeable. I felt very safe whenever I had to be moved with the hoyer. The nurses were excellent at explaining what they were doing and why it needed to be done. If I ever have to go back to a nursing home, I’d choose Heritage Pointe again. My Great Grandmother received excellent care in their Assiant Living facility and later when she moved into their Memory Care unit. The facility was always clean and the staff was also nice and welcoming!
