I love everything about Heritage Oak!! The Doctors are amazing and care so much about patient comfort, care, and experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are constantly looking for ways to keep the office updated and equipped with the latest dental technology. Everyone who works here (hygienists, assistants, front office, and of course the doctors) love what they do and that makes all the difference in patient care! I had to go in for root canal and two crowns yesterday. Needless to say it was a long appointment, however I was taken care of thoroughly. I'm so thankful for Dr. Douglas and his staff. Two words...TOP NOTCH!!!
Sent my hubby over and he's very happy with Dr. Douglas and all the staff. Whew, he's a tough one to satisfy since he's had a negative experience with a former dentist in Roseville. Thank goodness he's happy and moving forward with his dental plans. Thank YOU Dr. Douglas and your amazing staff.
I have to say this is the best Dentist I have ever been to. The staff is so nice and personable and they make you feel like they have known you forever. It's such a friendly atmosphere! I still have a lot of work to be done but I'm so relieved that I'm in good hands!
I have not found another dentist with as much caring snd compassion as Dr Douglas. He really cares about the well being of his patients. I've been coming to heritage Oak Dental since they opened. I left for awhile but came back because I couldn't find anyone as great as him and his wonderful staff.
