I have been a patient of Heritage Medical for 19 years. My regular Physcian has left the practice and now we are being told we can no longer see anyone at this location. I was told to go to Urgent Care because they no longer take walk in patients. My Wife had emergent surgery and is being refused follow on care. Everything is being routed to a call center in Maine, we are in TN. It took three weeks of calls to even get someone to explain what is going on. Love Dr. Ghandi! The rest of the office is horrible. Very rude office staff but the PCP makes up for it. Could use some new voice on the phone.
Doctors Amy Ghandi and Cynthia Calisi, are both incredible.
From reception to nurse to provider - everyone is caring and attentive. My daughter has very complex medical needs and we feel very confident with Dr. Gregory. She is on top of things and obviously provides a high level of care. Also, I don't have the same issue with calling that others have mentioned.
