Love Dr. Ghandi! The rest of the office is horrible. Very rude office staff but the PCP makes up for it. Could use some new voice on the phone.
Doctors Amy Ghandi and Cynthia Calisi, are both incredible.
From reception to nurse to provider - everyone is caring and attentive. My daughter has very complex medical needs and we feel very confident with Dr. Gregory. She is on top of things and obviously provides a high level of care. Also, I don't have the same issue with calling that others have mentioned.
After my Doctor closed her office I was lucky enough to get to see Katherine Gregory at Heritage Franklin....she was great! attentive & caring with a manner that instantly put me at ease. Knowledgeable & thorough..I left very impressed. 🙌
Impossible to get any one to answer the phone. Just moved to Nashville and was looking for a new PCP. Called multiple times and no one picks up. I tried Heritage's main line too which they just transfer you to the clinic's phone number. Not a good sign if I really needed to get in. I will be going elsewhere for PCP services.
