I was contacted through e-mail by the dealer twice which was fine. I did not respond to either e-mail as my tastes have changed. I was pleased that there were only two contacts and I was not being pestered. I went to the dealers website, good pictures and description on the website. I

Professional quality dealership: salesmen and sales manager gave my wife and me a great deal of their time and we where comfortable in the sales process.
Heritage Lincoln was quick to respond to set up an appointment . We set our appointment for a Monday and had the Van by Wednesday. Joe was our salesman and he did an awesome job getting the sale and the van ready to go We we're very happy with Heritage Lincoln!
Talked and meet with the internet and sales person. Test drove the car. They put together a solid offer but we are keeping our car for another year- but we are going back next year to talk again. Very professional.
Bought my 2019 Ford Ecosport from Mark F. at Heritage. He was very responsive, kind and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Sales manager Chuck and Finance Manager, Rusty were also both no pressure and very helpful.
