I was contacted the same day by both the internet manager and a “Product Specialist”. I made an appointment to view the car and upon arrival it was out, clean and ready to view / drive. They promptly appraised my trade and put a reasonable number to it. There was some discussion about equipment packages and we ultimately purchased a different Aviator with more equipment. The process was painless and our experience pleasant. Thank you Joe and Rusty.
I found a 2020 mkz that was 2 wheel drive and not awd. you guys were very helpful and answered all my questions. I just could not sell my wife on all wheel drive.
