Horrible horrible horrible company!! We paid cash for our house April of last year and it was just issue after issues it took MONTHS to get my title to the house. Our biggest problem is they installed the wrong size ac unit. They put a 2 ton in when my contract says 2.5 ton and they have done nothing to fix this issue my house gets 83 in the summer

He helped in filling out paperwork and very great people in office., Everyone was very helpful

this place is the biggest scam I have ever seen. if you are a hard working American that has had rough times in the past then you can forget about getting a home but if you are a illegal citizen with no job dont file taxes or dont have a social security number then they are your people
