RecommendedI went to this lot and met with a salesperson named Kim. She was so so helpful and just generally polite! Honestly, best experience I’ve had so far at any of the mobile home lots I have been to! I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market to stop by and visit with her! She was very knowledgeable about the homes we toured and was SO nice the entire time I was there! Best customer service I have seen in a while!
Customer service is horrible, they are very rude. Takes weeks to get return phone calls. Will not fix things in a timely manner. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Chad was so helpful until he got our money. once home was delivered, they never came to fix any of the problems we have , even though we have a year warranty. it's been 7 months of us calling to get someone to come out, and they make excuses on why they haven't helped yet. please, use another dealer. it will save you a lot of heartache. now we have to hire a lawyer 🤬
Went here today only to have to sit down and answer a lot of personal questions. I explained that we just wanted to look. Sales lady went in the back to talk to manager. By then I was beyond upset. We left. Won’t be back. I don’t need anyone to tell me what I want. I want to look and decide for myself. Went to the other two dealers in Athens and had awesome experiences at both. We were given keys to browse and look all we wanted. No salesman following. Just us. This place is a joke.
