My experience with Heritage Hearing in Temple started about 2011 when my mother in law needed new hearing aids. She was treated with respect and care for the moment we walked in being greeted by Cory at the front desk. John Guerra fitted her with aids that met her level of comfort in wearing and care of them. Great service, very qualified audiologist. Good testing equipment, good facility, good parking. Bottom line everything is good. Recommend.
I am from out of town and Midex hearing aid was having problems. Dawn was very gracious to get me in the same day I called. When I got there I surprised she was able to determine the problem in less than 10 min. She said she would order the part and call me when it would be ready. Two days later, she called and I could hear again. Thank you Dawn.
